A lot of people think since I have a house in Las Vegas that I stayed in Las Vegas the entire time the affair was going on. That’s not true. I traveled a lot for business. When I came back into town I made sure we spent several days together catching up. While I was out of town we texted and called more often. This was one of the days I was getting ready to go out of town. Most of my trips were just a day or 2, sometimes 3 days away. I did the best I could to keep in touch with her. And she did the same. We always stayed connected. Every day for the entire 6 months. Meri told me she wanted me to come get her. She was ready to leave. I was so happy to hear that.
